Emma Peacock, Global VP Directs Procurement, Mars Food I fell in love with Supply Chains getting my boots dirty, on a cocoa farm, in 2009. This was after working in Sales and HR and led me on a 10+ year adventure reinventing global sourcing strategies to secure sustainable supply chains that are resilient and deliver value. After several years leading large global teams and cross functional change programmes, I moved to Hotel Chocolat to be part of creating a founder-led global business and building a procurement function that partners to deliver growth and good.
